They won again in 2006, and went on to win the first basketball National Championship in the history of the state of Florida. In 2007, they beat the Arkansas Razorbacks to win the SEC tournament title for the third consecutive year. By doing this, they are now one of only 3 schools that have ever won 3 consecutive SEC Tournaments.
