Football is one of the games in sports loved mostly by so many people all over the world. Today, even those fans of football are getting into the game and they would sometimes try to copy their football idols. Some might even become football champions in the future. But these people need to train harder in order to be like that. In my own opinion, based on my experiences, the two most important things that you need to learn and to train are speed and agility. I have been a member of our own college football varsity team and we have learned from our coach that aside from handling the ball, kicking the ball and tackling the opponents, you need to have good speed and agility. Without them, you can never kick the ball, handle the ball and tackling and outrunning your opponents. When you have speed, you can outrun all of them and when you are agile, you will have the ability to change directions without losing your speed and balance and without hurting yourself.
