See that you or the kid’s parents don’t instruct them while they are on field. Remember that a player’s feedback, especially negative, should never be talked about in front of everyone.

It is very important to coach youth soccer by staying in touch with the fellow instructors. It provides an opportunity for the trainers to interact effectively as all of them have a lot of exclusive and important experiences to share.

Organize the drills beforehand. So it actually calls for all the arrangements to be done in advance. The reason that they are dealing with the kids presses on some coaches to take a relaxed attitude. It this attitude is wrong. Specialized training and consideration for young players is of equal importance just like in professional game.

Football is one of the games in sports loved mostly by so many people all over the world. Today, even those fans of football are getting into the game and they would sometimes try to copy their football idols. Some might even become football champions in the future. But these people need to train harder in order to be like that. Despite a subpar game from quarterback Tim Tebow and a determined effort from the host Mississippi State Bulldogs, the Florida Gators remained undefeated by scrapping out a 29-19 victory. Florida led by only 3 points at halftime before pulling away in the fourth quarter. The usually efficient and accurate Tebow had two touchdowns returned for interceptions and passed for only 127 yards with no touchdowns. Florida improved to 7-0 while Mississippi State dropped to 3-5.

College football betting enthusiasts who took the +22′ with Mississippi State as a home underdog enjoyed an easy pointspread cover. The Bulldogs improved their ATS record to 4-3 with the cover, while Florida evened their college football pointspread record to 3-3. The Gators face a tough challenge next weekend as they enter into their matchup against University of Georgia-what used to be known as ‘The World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party’ until officials of both schools thought that portrayed a negative (though largely accurate) image of the colleges. They’ll face Vanderbilt the next week before heading to Columbia, SC for a game against the University of South Carolina and their longtime coach Steve Spurrier. Mississippi State will play at Kentucky next weekend before a bye week. They’ll return to action on November–th at home against the University of Alabama.

What do you think of the current standard of the football referees in the English Premiership? Do you think a system of video replays should be introduced to help these referees and to stop what are some important mistakes being made? These two questions are things which myself and my friends debate on a regular basis, especially after a few beers.

Do not get me wrong; I am fully aware that I have never been involved in professional football in any shape or form; I am actually involved in various projects to do with stuttering treatment, cheap calls and about training for foster carers.

I will never forget attending a football match a few years ago which was played in one of the leagues below the Premiership. It was a very important match between my favourite team Birmingham City and one of their local rivals Stoke City. The match was of great importance as Birmingham were in real danger of being relegated. The three points for the win would certainly have helped them in their quest to survive.

With only around ten minutes of the match remaining Birmingham were leading a tense match by one goal to nil. At this stage one of the Stoke City footballers clattered into the B’ham City goalkeeper, who had the football firmly in his grasp, over. The ball slipped from his grasp and one of the other Stoke players kicked it into an unguarded net.

It was a mystery to many of the home supporters as to why the referee had not blown up for a free kick to Birmingham, I for one was fuming. To my and all of the other Birmingham supporters horror, he did not and he let the goal stand. I am normally quite a calm person but became so angry it was untrue. The next thing that happened was one of the Birmingham fans ran onto the pitch and fully punched this referee in the face. The players were taken off the pitch while order was restored.

I remember thinking at the time that this referee had deserved to be hit, but I later changed my mind, once I had had time to calm down. We are all capable of making a mistake of course.

I personally think that the overall standard of referees in the Premiership is very good and that we should start to get off these peoples back. I would however like each referee to be interviewed after each match in the same way as the football managers are. By doing this they could explain to the supporters why they made certain decisions during the match.

Soccer Coaching Drills

I wonder what is it about soccer coaching drills that makes kids so keen on it. They do not necessarily look at it like a game but a session full of excitement and energy. Developing youth soccer drills therefore poses a challenge before a coach to ensure that kids are attracted in a big way towards it.

You can achieve it using a range of methods. Offer them to participate in fun activities that direct their energy in building up a feeling of competition amongst them. Soccer is a team-game, always remember that. So it is imperative to incorporate sports which persuade kids to play as a team.

Of the finest soccer coaching strategies, training kids in an engaging soccer game is one. This will have dual benefit of tapping kid’s energy with helping them stay focused on the game.

Guide the kids to first warm up their bodies by going for a small round of jogging or running. Ensure that they do not overdo it. It is easy for them to go overboard since they are full of energy and would not know when to stop. Guide them to take small breaks. This way they will stay energized and alert. Take the time to engage with them by talking about the following work outs.

Soccer Drills

Subsequently, engage them in group or individual activities. Take an example, the player who arrives first starts juggling the ball. As players keep coming by, they can join him. In this manner, the entire group gets involved in the activity. Make sure to divide the players into groups for the soccer coaching drills if they get bigger.

There are other nice activities as well such as soccer golf where the players aim the soccer ball at a distant object. Another cool game is soccer volleyball where the players toss the ball at each other without letting it get to the ground. These soccer coaching exercises add a great deal of diversity to the sessions.

In addition, teach the players to dribble with the ball as also use different body parts except hands. Do not be aggressive. Remember that they are kids and will learn with time. As the player gets ready to handle the ball, shout the name of the body part that the player should use in handling the ball. Then the player needs to bring into play only that body part. This makes them attentive and focused.

Another characteristic of fascinating drills is circuit training. It is extremely useful with large number of players. Divide the players into small groups and give them several tasks. They should do these continuously with small breaks in-between.

Start testing them immediately. Soccer drills can be great fun if you have the imagination to create new activities every day.
